Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in France. For other countries, it can vary from 5 to 10 days.
Express delivery times allow for next-day delivery in mainland France if the order is placed before 11 a.m. on the same day. If the order is placed after 11 a.m., it will be delivered the day after.
Order preparation time is 48 hours on business days, regardless of your delivery area. It may be slightly longer during busy periods!
For all items shipped outside the European Union (and French overseas departments and territories), the price will be automatically calculated excluding tax on your invoice.
The carrier may ask you to pay taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These customs fees or taxes are your responsibility.
In the event of a return, we cannot refund the costs paid at the time of delivery.
1. Your order contains a pre-order item:
At Mahaut, certain items are available for pre-order for a specific period. Shipping takes place once the period ends, on the date indicated on the relevant product sheet.
If your order contains both an in-stock and pre-order item, both will be shipped together as soon as everything is ready. This is a conscious choice to avoid unnecessary shipping and reduce our carbon footprint.
Need a jersey urgently? Place two separate orders: one with the pre-order item, and one with the items available immediately. In this case, delivery costs will be charged twice.
2. Your order contains only items in stock:
Preparation generally takes 48 working hours . During busy periods (new collection, holidays, etc.), a slight additional delay is possible.
If your order has still not been shipped after 5 working days , please do not hesitate to write to our customer service info@mahautplage.com
If one of the products you have selected is on pre-sale, this means that your entire order will be shipped when it is available for immediate delivery.
Are you too impatient?
If you wish to receive a model that is already available before the one on pre-sale, you will need to place two separate orders as we do not do partial shipments.
Return & Exchange
After receiving your package, you have 15 days to return any items you do not wish to keep. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags.
- For hygiene reasons, products tried without protection or damaged cannot be refunded.
For returns made within mainland France, a Colissimo shipping label will be generated. All you have to do is download it, print it, and affix it to your package.
For returns made from overseas and abroad, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What are the conditions that must be met for my return to be accepted?

If the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange, and to return the item to you at our expense.
First of all, our apologies. At MAHAUT, quality is an obsession, and every piece is carefully checked... but an oversight or a production problem can happen.
If your item has a defect, write to us within 48 hours of receipt at the following address: info@mahautplage.com
Please attach:
- a photo of the clearly visible defect,
- a photo of the entire article,
- your order number.
We will get back to you very quickly with a suitable solution: exchange, refund or repair, we will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
At Mahaut , we know that a perfect swimsuit starts with a well-chosen size. Not too tight, not too loose, just what you need to feel beautiful and free to move.
On each product page, we indicate the size worn by the model to help you visualize. Our cuts have been meticulously crafted, tested, and adjusted—to ensure they fit just right.
- As a general rule: take your usual size.
- For 1 piece , if you are taller than 1m73 , we recommend that you take the size above for more comfort in bust height.
