Deliveries


At MAHAUT, delivery is free in Metropolitan France, with no minimum purchase.
Returns are also free.

Delivery times
Standard: 2 to 5 working days in Metropolitan France.
Express: next day delivery for all orders placed before 11 a.m. (Metropolitan France).
International: 5 to 10 days depending on destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Special cases
- If your package is returned to us, we will refund it upon receipt.
- If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped in one go when all items are available.

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

None! At MAHAUT Plage, delivery is free, regardless of the amount of your order in mainland France.

Returns

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item to us.

To make a return or exchange, simply access our returns portal.

In Metropolitan France, returns are free.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned:

- In their original condition

- Unworn, unwashed

-With their original packaging carefully preserved

Any item not meeting these conditions may be subject to repackaging fees or returned to you.

REFUND


In accordance with the law, you have a right of withdrawal of 15 days from receipt.
If the return is complete, we will refund you the full amount paid, including the initial delivery costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your request. Once processed, it may take 2 to 3 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
