France, Andorra and Monaco:
Free delivery with Colissimo for all orders from mainland France
Chronopost express: €15

Overseas territories:
International Colissimo home delivery: €25

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal:
International Colissimo home delivery: €10

Europe (excluding Eastern Europe) and Maghreb:
International Colissimo home delivery: €15

Eastern Europe:

Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in France. For other countries, delivery times range from 5 to 10 days.

Express delivery offers next-day delivery in mainland France if your order is placed before 11 AM on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the day after next.

Please note: order preparation takes 48 business hours regardless of your delivery location. During peak periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

For all items shipped outside the European Union (and overseas territories), the price will be automatically calculated excluding tax on your invoice.

The carrier may ask you to pay taxes or customs duties upon delivery. These customs duties or taxes are your responsibility.

In case of return, we cannot refund the fees paid at the time of delivery.

1. Your order contains a pre-order item:

At Mahaut, certain pieces are offered as pre-orders for a defined period. Shipping takes place once the period ends, on the date indicated on the relevant product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, both will be shipped together as soon as everything is ready. This is a deliberate choice to avoid unnecessary transport and reduce our carbon footprint.

Need a swimsuit urgently? Place two separate orders: one with the pre-order item, and another with pieces available immediately. In this case, shipping fees will be charged twice.

2. Your order contains only in-stock items:

Preparation generally takes 48 business hours. During peak activity periods (new collection, holidays, etc.), a slight additional delay is possible.

If your order has still not been shipped after 5 business days, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service at info@mahautplage.com

After receiving your package, you have 15 days to return items you wish not to keep. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, products tried without protection or damaged items cannot be refunded.

For returns made in mainland France, a Colissimo shipping label will be generated. You simply need to download it, print it, and attach it to your package.

For returns from overseas territories and abroad, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

What conditions must be met for my return to be accepted?

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, products tried without protection or damaged items cannot be refunded.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange and will return the item to you at our expense.

First, our apologies. At MAHAUT, quality is an obsession, and every piece is carefully inspected… but sometimes an oversight or production issue can happen.

If your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at: info@mahautplage.com

Please include:

• a clear photo of the defect
• a photo of the entire item
• your order number

We'll get back to you quickly with a solution tailored to your needs: exchange, refund, or repair — we'll do everything to ensure your satisfaction.

At Mahaut, we believe the perfect swimsuit starts with the right size. Not too tight, not too loose—just right so you feel confident and move freely.

On each product page, we show you the model's size to help you visualize how it fits. Every cut has been carefully designed, tested, and refined for a true fit.

General sizing guidelines:
- Stick with your usual size.
- For one-pieces: if you're taller than 5'8", we recommend sizing up for better bust coverage and comfort.
