At MAHAUT, shipping is free in mainland France with no minimum purchase.
Returns are also free of charge.
Delivery Times
Standard: 2 to 5 business days in mainland France.
Express: next-day delivery for any order placed before 11 AM (mainland France).
International: 5 to 10 days depending on destination.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Special Cases
- If your package is returned to us, we will process a refund upon receipt.
- If your order contains a pre-order item, shipment will be made in a single delivery once all items are available.

Overseas territories:
• International Colissimo home delivery: €25
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal:
• International Colissimo home delivery: €10
Europe (excluding Eastern Europe) and Maghreb:
• International Colissimo home delivery: €15
Eastern Europe:
• International Colissimo home delivery: €20
Rest of the world:
• International Colissimo home delivery: €30
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us.
To process a return or exchange, simply access our returns portal.
In mainland France, returns are free.

Items must be returned in the following condition:
- Original state
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original packaging carefully preserved
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to restocking fees or returned to you.
You have 15 days from receipt to return your order under applicable law.
If your return is complete, we refund the full amount paid, including original shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your return request. Once processed, allow 2–3 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
